      Pros

      Good hours, hands-on upper management, fair salary, good benefits (plenty of sick time and PTO, health coverage is amazing and starts the 1st day of the month after you start), company is very receptive to feedback (anonymous feedback email sent each Friday to all employees)

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Time are accrued, BUT they are separate (accrued simultaneously).
