The best team I've ever worked with

Cons

This is a company without a strategy and without management. People with no knowledge of the sector, and without the capacity to manage teams and persons. Due to this, it is not a good company to work at. Lack of education and disrespectful behaviour is recurrent and after complaints from multiple employees changes are not being done.

Disorganized No leadership Very Low standards on daily meetings No recognizion or positiv feedback. 24/7 h work without compensation. Soul draining Very little to zero communication exept from when the manager is unhappy with results

Cons

This place was soul-destroying and absolutely awful. the CEO is a sociopath. You are expected to work 24/7. cult like environment and very cliquey
