- Everybody silently quit long ago and is just looking for a new place to go while doing the absolute minimum
- Told to be a product-driven company, but that is a lie
- Told to be a tech-driven company, but that is an even bigger lie
- Tech decisions are based on personal opinions of CTO without reason and are executed randomly and super slowly
- Mindless security rules that even cripple the little productivity we had left
- Every team is hostile towards each other; there is no vision, mission, goals or direction
- Nobody understands what they do, no real product improvement and very few data points about how to improve things
- Zero personal or career growth, and now there's no job safety either
- Feedback is never taken seriously and no changes are applied despite the glaring issues that are articulated on many forums
