      I liked my team, nothing like an awful work environment to help you bond.

      Cons

      Where do I start? -Poor management - Do not listen to input -Change what they offer on a day to day basis (try telling a client you promised last week posting on the app was completely free, that actually, they now have to pay 200 pounds). Also if you see any "positive" reviews, please know that as an employee at JT I was told I had to write a positive review of the company's app (while someone stood over my shoulder and watched me). So most of those reviews are utter trash.

      Met some fantastic people - free lunch on Thursdays

      Cons

      Ignorant senior members of staff. No commission scheme introduced for sales. The app is useless and doesn't help either candidate or client. No direction for any team members and constantly randomly firing people for no reason other than to reduce budget and brake even.

      - Friendly and welcoming team - Nice office with a lot of perks - A good example on how bad management can make a team of hard working and competent people extremely inefficient

      Cons

      - Everything is very disorganised, and processes take a lot longer than they should - Communication between teams is really bad, specially for such a small company. You do not know what anyone is doing and people will expect you to do things without communicating with you first. - Very difficult to change people's way of doing things, even if it is counter productive
