AWFUL

Pros

The company seems to be remote friendly.

Cons

I worked for Sentech Services who was then bought out by jobandtalent. Once jobandtalent took over, everything went downhill. I had thousands of dollars worth of bonuses that I earned and they decided not to pay as they had "no affiliation" with Sentech before buying them out. They then stated bonuses would still be paid moving froward and they were not. They micromanage on everything and have awful leadership. They know absolutely about the recruiting industry. Stay away.

Pros

Wage. And that’s it. Nothing else.

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. They even have a person payed in full time to supervise what people are doing on a day to day basis. Constant meetings about the same stuff where the same questions are done over and over in repeat. Management Completely lost, craving for results that are completely misaligned with the company’s reality, without even guessing how to get things done properly. Frankly poor management that does not have a single clue of business. On top of this, the whole tech speech of the company is nothing but a bunch of lies.

Great Remote Work Environment with Room for Improvement

Pros

I have been with Job&Talent for more than 4 years and it has been a rewarding experience overall. The company strongly supports remote work, which has been fantastic for work-life balance and flexibility. They truly value employee well-being, offering benefits like online psychologists to support mental health. The work here is challenging and pushes you to bring out your best. The team is incredibly competent and dynamic, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Cons

However, one area that could improve is the sense of team culture. With most of our interactions happening remotely, there is a lack of opportunities for team bonding. More events or initiatives to bring the team together and strengthen relationships would be beneficial.
