      Pros

      Welcoming collegues both in site and online. Even though I was new to the role, with comprehensive training I became ready to work on my own in a short time. Everything is planned and minimum suprise factor.

      Cons

      Need to be detail oriented and always double check the tasks.

      Working with Job and Talent (Sentech) presents several challenges, including a highly toxic work environment, frequent global terminations, low compensation, poor communication with little alignment among team members, and a lack of support from upper management, who often prioritize self-preservation over team success. Work-life balance is nonexistent, with employees expected to work even while on PTO. There is also a notable lack of compassion and understanding from upper management. Additionally, there are ongoing compliance concerns.
