      Pros

      I have been at jobandtalent for 4 years now and would never have thought to find a company that grants so much ownership and accountability of your own projects. Young and motivational culture, willingness to learn and teach everywhere.

      Cons

      While some deadlines and days are pressuring, this allows you to develop yourself and be hands on in all stages of the different projects.

      Pros

      Good benefits, 100% telecommuting, restaurant check, medical insurance, training budget, even psychological support. Most of the teams are quite young, there is a good level of technology and you can explore and develop solutions that make sense, using the latest technologies. There is a good atmosphere at all levels, people are always very willing and there is an atmosphere of all rowing in the same direction.

      Cons

      I think it is still a startup despite its level of turnover. There are still a lot of products to explore and a lot of things to do in a changing competitive environment, which can be challenging but also overwhelming at times.

      Internal structure and organizational set-up (but since its a young company this is improving rapidly)
