- Fresh culture. Very flat organization - Competitive people - It's an industry challenging company / disruptive - Possibility to work 100% remote - Young people with energy and a feeling of wanting to create something new - Office in Paseo de la Castellana (Madrid)

Cons

- 100% remote work can be a double edge sword if you do not set aside a time for team bonding - Few people come to the office regularly, so it is hard to actually meet people from outside your team - Not very organised
