The ability to work with our clients day to day and grow great partnerships. J&T allows us the open door to move ideas forward, make suggestions and work together on solutions rather than be told what to do.

Cons

I haven't found a con yet. Nobody can be happy all the time but honestly so far no con whatsoever and I have been happy everyday. I am very busy and love that there is never ending work for me to do.
