The advantages of working at jobandtalent are: direct contact with the company's management, especially SVPs, VPs and directors. Despite being an established start-up, you can be known by the top management. At JT there is a large number of teams and there is internal rotation through the positions and even through the different countries in which the company is present.

Cons

So far I have felt a lack of communication from the company, although a great effort is being made by the Brand team to improve it.
