      This company pushes me to be the best version of myself Every day is different, I am excited to come in to work each day I have a voice, I know that what I say matters and can have an impact The senior team in HQ are approachable The technology platform is efficient and effective which makes it easy to sell as a benefit to our clients True job satisfaction

      During peak times the hours can be long (although I don't mind this too much)

      Pros

      An amazing company to grow with and improve your job experience. Every day you can face new challenges by yourself or with the other team members and learn all together. Always your achievements are appreciated and rewarded. Also, there is a young and multicultural team and you can have fun with them in and outside work.

      Cons

      None! I cannot recommend this company enough.

      Pros

      It's a dynamic and fast growing company, with a lot of possibility to learn and grow. You need to be a self-starter, self learner and use your own initiative, proactivity and think outside the box. It's very diverse ( there aren't just Spanish people as written in other reviews) and mistakes are allowed ( as long as you fix them!).

      Cons

      Working in a start up means a 'work in progress' environment. Things still need to be in place and adjusted and sometimes it can be chaotic and messy. You need to have the right attitude, commitment and transparency and you will be able to succeed and make a big contribution.
