- Highly skilled colleagues that I can reply upon - Extremely friendly & ultra Collaborative environment - Opinions & suggestions encouraged, considered, and often implemented. - Lots of opportunity for career progression - Fantastic technology (product) - Hands on Senior Leadership team, who are easy to contact & open to new ideas.

Cons

- As a hyper-growth company JT are still learning, and some processes are yet to be defined - the positive of this would be that colleagues (and I) can have an input on the future shape of the company.
