Pros

JT is one of the few companies that are providing a revolution for traditional staffing agencies. It's a good challenge because you can't copy from others, it's building something new from the beginning. JT has a passionate and professional team that put the focus in providing a good user experience while delivering results. As a PM I have the opportunity to work with many departments of JT and be involved in the company strategy definition

Cons

Difficult to keep the focus on the most relevant and important topics. It's a fast-growing company, it's easy to get messed with the urgent instead of the important.

I have been working in Jobandtalent for 2 years now and I am still learning new things every day. The group of people working together and the endless possibilities of growth are the best part of it. They are always willing to listen to new ideas and to let you embark on new projects if you feel you have something good to give. It's a very welcoming and flexible environment to work in and the team is great.

Cons

Like any start-up, a lot of processes are yet to be established and it can get a bit messy but every time there is an issue a solution is given so everything keeps improving.

Jobandtalent is a big family. Great place to learn and improve. I've been working at Jobandtalent for 5 years starting as a trainee and currently managing a project. I'm very grateful for the opportunity given and the challenges experienced that have helped me to grow.
