      Not that many people work from the office, i'm not saying they should. It's pretty awesome on the level that is up to individuals to decide. Love that principal

      Promotions are not objective, no matter how hard you work or how many hours you spend someone else’s child will get the job without the required skills.

      - Flexible company when it comes to working remotely - Smart people from different background - Product with a great purpose and social impact - Challenging environment, with a lot of support and help from managers - Great culture values, but the most important thing that motivates me is the evolution opportunities I have in this company.

      Cons

      -After 6 months working at Jobandtalent, I don't see any big cons or redflag. To join this company you have to like working in fast- paced and challenging environments.
