Pros
Before I started to work at Jobandtalent I must admit that I had not heared about them. I was happy at my previous workplace but when I randomly came across the job ad, I applied for my first job in many years. The company seemed to have everything that I was looking for, and after working here for a few months, I can confirm the following: - Great career opportunities (lots of people who "climbed" within the company) - A lot of own responsibility (everyone has their own goals and it is up to each individual to reach them) - Great people (very kind, ambitious, smart people to learn a lot from) - Option to work remote (I live in a smaller village and it suits me better) - Focus on work life balance (my boss never ask me to work overtime, we can workout for 1h/week during worktime, when I need to pick up my kids earlier sometimes I can work a few hours extra during the evening without any problems etc) - Exceptional development (the company was one of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe last year. It proves that we are doing a lot of things right.) - Great culture (I feel like I can always ask anyone anything and I will always get an informative, positive answer) - We are helping companies and people (at least for me, it feels more meaningful to work at a company who helps others. It is a great feeling when someone who has been unemployed for a long time gets a job through us or when a company reach out to us and are very satisfied with the workers that we have provided)
Cons
The company has grown a lot in a relative short time. This means that some of the old processes needs to be reworked to suit the nowadays larger company. It is an ongoing work and I am happy to be part of it.
