-Great team, great people, EMs are really good -Fully remote with great flexibility -I heard new hires get a competitive salaries

-Little to no benefits -No promotions, no raises, no reviews, no timeline for all those -The only goal is to satisfy investors

- The work environment is very bad - There is no human resources department - Directors aren't close to middle management - They pay you an extra bonus for answering this survey with more than 4.5 (I'm not making a joke)
