Pros

Hybrid Work Model: The company offers a balanced hybrid policy (3 days in the office, 2 days at home), which allows for better team coordination and face-to-face collaboration. Organic Team Culture: There is a genuine sense of camaraderie within specific teams. Coworkers often take the initiative to organize social events and "potluck" lunches, creating moments of connection that aren't forced by People & Culture but driven by the employees themselves.

Cons

Declining Culture: While the company made a good first impression, it has revealed its "true colors" over time. The initial appeal fades as you realize the internal dynamics are deeply flawed. Toxic Environment & Protectionism: Management tends to protect individuals who mistreat their colleagues. There seems to be a systemic belief that a toxic environment fueled by fear is an acceptable way to maintain productivity, which is incredibly damaging to morale. Compensation vs. Workload: Salaries are significantly below market standards, especially considering the high volume of work and the level of responsibility required for most roles. Communication Silos: There is a severe lack of fluidity in communication between departments. This creates a "bottleneck" for front-line workers who are often left without the information or support needed to defend the company’s interests or resolve client issues. Understaffed Teams: Most teams are small and chronically overworked, leading to burnout and a lack of focus on long-term goals.

Pros

I worked for Delta Airlines, and the benefits and salary were good. They fulfilled their obligations and offered various employee benefits.

Cons

I do not have cons to mention. As a tip, Job&Talent handles more operational job offers, so salary ranges won't be the highest and offers for senior professionals are very limited.
