      Jobandtalent is a company with an amazing culture. Everyone is willing to help and teach. It faces great challenges that come from growing rapidly, but all these problems translate into an equally rapid learning curve for the organization. There is a lot to do and they let you go as far as you want. It is important to have tolerance for frustration and to be able to adapt quickly to change.
