      Pros

      Calls to invite me and messages was good. Interview was professional built. Not short not long. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I’ve received all necessary information in short time

      GPS brings me to wrong entrance. It takes some time to find the correct one

      Pros

      My JT onsite team are people they love to come to praise you if there's a reason and they always make an effort to help you with anything.

      Cons

      The bonus pay scheme doesn't really work as the bonuses for over 95% performers are insignificant and the ones they are significant they're unachievable. There's the risk of being sent home from your shift or having your shift cancelled when there's a quiet period.
