Pros

A company with an innovative project, always looking to be in constant change and with a very modern mindset. Here we have room to implement new ideas, we have autonomy and very important - work life balance!

Cons

It is not a drawback unique to JobandTalent but to a startup, we have to be prepared for a high pace and enjoy changes and dynamism, I don't consider it a negative thing but for others changes can be adverse.

We are growing fast and strong. Many people have been working inside the company for a long time and lots of knowledge is available. There is much space to self-manage and easy to handle work and personal time.

Cons

It depends on each one, but there is a lot of work to do and sometimes it could be overwhelming.
