Pros
- Work with amazing people of different teams and backgrounds. - Great for learning and facing big challenges. - Flexible environment -- Remote Friendly. - If you work hard, you get compensated. - A lot of money to be spent.
Cons
- No alignment between management. Too many ideas and not a clear leadership on what to do. - Some of the leaders could be better as they come from "consultancy companies" not used to doing operational tasks. Lack of doers/Makers. - Chaos due to the financial situation of the market and not budget control of how we spent money. - Endogamy... too many friends hired by senior leadership. - You only rate good hire if you come from McKinsey.,.. we need diversity.
