We have yoga sessions and meditation sessions at company for 20 to 25 minutes daily, which is giving us a stress free environment and focused mindset.

Cons

There is no negative impact with such initiative. It is always beneficial for employees mental and physical health.

If you want to ruin your career

Don't join, 85% turn around. Hiring & firing keep going. Employee is fired without sharing any reason. Even I didn't find any HR with more than 1 yr tenure. Employees have to work like puppets of NKC (Owner). You can't oppose what is wrong.
