I think communication should be properly done with me that what kind of work will I do and there is no proper intetest given that if work is completed or not and what should be next task should be given

1. Extremely intensive exposure to grassroot level production process. 2. Involvement with weavers, production units, as well as clients. 3. Decent place to learn about yarns and carpet industry. 4. Industrial visit to production houses in Mirzapur and Bhadoi.

Cons

1. Micromanagement. 2. Frequent changes to leave policies and other policies as well.
