Great people, good location, nice product. Great amount of potential if guided correctly.

Cons

Poor Management due to lack of experience. Management team doesn't communicate effectively and morale is very low despite sub-par attempts at morale boosters.

You get to work at the grassroot level and learn a lot of things.

Cons

There is no freedom. The management is involved in each and everything. They an fire anyone at anytime. The washrooms are not clean and very unhygienic.
