Over the years Jaipur Rugs has evolved as a living organization. To me it’s an organization where introspection and learning is a tool to evolve oneself as a leader. Being a student of philosophy I was looking an organization where values are core to their daily working. I am really grateful to God that he conspired and I came from Dubai to Jaipur to in 2004 to work, evolve, lose and find myself with Jaipur Rugs. It is really difficult to put in words to describe personality of founder Shree Nand Kishore Chaudhary. Actually meeting him was meeting with me, my aspirations and my destiny. He is a living institution, an example of consciousness for whom business is a journey to test all the virtues of human values and practices to find oneself. Founder has enough time to guide and support to each member of Jaipur Rugs family for their life journey through their daily work.
Cons
Actually these kinds of organization are highly demanding. They need complete person with them. Complete person means being present in office physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually otherwise one will not be able to deliver. All our thoughts and actions unconsciously become responsible for so many side effects.
