      Pros

      I really enjoy the way Leadership shares information about the company for example the town hall meetings. I think they are very thoughtful with the information and just really wanting people to feel value and involved. Some smaller communication can be fixed for short term goals, but I think over all leadership does a very thoughtful job of communicating to all their employees. This was also an equal ""BEST"" for me: Teamwork. I really enjoy my other coworkers and think everyone works well together

      I would want to go back to wfh Monday & Friday and have in office days on Tues,Wed,Thurs :-) I thought it was the perfect balance and helped negate burn out!

      Infinite horizon to explore and learn and apply. Open culture to meet management and discuss at anything. Good salaries. The core values of Jaipur Rugs like empathy, integrity & Saralta which are most near to me.
