Jaipur rugs follow a very simple & down to earth culture with no extra show. This culture helps employees with being transparent & work without any pressure. The senior management are always approachable and we do not need long appointments to have a word with them; while also being helpful, suggestive & informative when and as needed. The Human resources have made sure to provide the maximum benefits that can be helpful to the employees. The payroll is quick to responses with timely payments. Few policies are payable without any unneeded clauses which gives a lot of boost to work with dedication.

Cons

Managers should be given a bit more responsibility with freehand.

I am glad to be associated with Jaipur Rugs which offers a suitable time for the employees to connect with work & handle after work hours effectively. This also includes the value driven culture maintained over all levels & dept which keeps the positivity & aliveness in the organisation. A happy work desk gives me double the excitement to come the next day & my productivity keeps increasing each day. NKC by his constant interaction keeps the engagement alive as well.
