Pros
I have been working with this organization for around past 1.5 years and it has been a great experience. In total, I have work exp of 8 years now and prior to this company I have worked with two other corporate houses. Based on my experience with so call "corporate houses" I can say that it is one of the perfect workplace on can ever get but like every company there are are some nlil bit factors also. Let me with the pros first: * You get to be own your own. You can work on your deliverables own way. There would be nobody over your head irking you to this way or that way. * In case of any issue, you can directly approach management and YES you are always provided with a solution. * It is not a hardcore corporate kind of company. You get kinda homely environment. See, we working people spend half of our lives in office only. And as I have observed we always have two personalities: the one we portray in office and the other at home. In my previous companies also the office environment was very formal and quite depressing some times because of the issues with colleagues, work load, management, strictly formal structure of the companies and problems in balancing work and life. But here due to kinda informal structure and friendly environment it is very easy to adjust. and balance work and life. Here, colleagues are supportive, you are heard, yo u are appreciated for your work and you don't have to portray a different personality. Such kind of environment has not only helped me grow professionally but personally as well. * The image and brand value of the company
