      Pros

      I have worked with few other companies however I must tell you guys that working in Jaipur Rugs company was a different experience altogether, the culture is very humane and the kinds that helps you grow. There’s a lot of liberty to implement your projects and the best part that you get to learn so many other soft skills which you can never learn in your MBA. yes I would recommend this to my friend :-)

      Cons

      All Saturdays are not off so, week is bit longer on alternate weeks. Saturday is part of POA (Plan of Action strategy).

      Pros

      Working for Jaipur Rigs Ltd. made me appreciate what life has gave me in terms of education, opportunities and lifestyle. I am so grateful for being able to be part of this small-big company for a short time period. The hand made carpets and rugs have an outstanding quality and would like to claim that they are the best in the world.

      Cons

      Not too much opportunities for professional growth. Very long working hours with six days working week.

      Pros

      You just get the title of working at a so called big brand on your CV. Probably the only reason why people get drawn to work with this company and they either become one of those toxic people or they end up ruining their mental health.

      Cons

      After a point I started getting panic attacks because of the work culture of this company. The launguage of the people is worse than an illiterate person. Passive aggressive people. They'll make you believe that you're not good enough for anything and the entire is you while they enjoy seeing you loosing your confidence. They feed on your mental health. Sadistic people! To anyone who has gone through the same and reading my review, here I'm telling you're the most amazing and talented person in your field and nothing's gonna change that. Believe in yourself and get out of this place. Trust me you have lots and lots of better things waiting for you.
