Peers are very supportive. You get variety of work as per your interest. Health & mindfulness is a major focus area. You get to work in a company which is involved in international business yet works directly with people at the ground level and the working ways are a lot different from the lot.

Cons

Dynamic environment leads things to work in a haphazard manner at times. Not much clarity about Financial and career growth.

Every employee of JR knows "why we as a company exists ?". This is really matters in terms of knowing yourself and putting your efforts towards the right path. Jaipur Rugs`s Founder Mr. N.K. Chaudhary has a clear vision and built a perfect system so every aspect of the life of an employee and most importantly of each weaver can be taken care so, JR has a strong system to ensure sustainability of oneself with the company.

Cons

Outings and Picknics frequency is very less.
