I have been working with Jaipur rugs for almost two years now; 1. I never had to adjust with my personal time. I am able to complete my work on time without stress and with the help of my manager. 2. Specially in the time of COVID pandemic wherein people are having issues with loosing their jobs or getting pay cuts; our company is effectively managing the work to be distributed among all the employees so that we don't lose hope and stay motivated. Hence, an efficient work life balance and getting a helpful hand forward in these tough times have kept me sane and satisfied.

Cons

I would like to hear from our CMD Mr. NK Chaudhary more often as if provides peace of mind.
