There are tremendous growth opportunities from the Management for all employees. Team can always reach out to team members to understand and learn work process. Organization culture is extremely friendly yet professional at the same time. There is 0 gender bias here and lot of diversity

Cons

Good Cafeteria is needed with tea or coffee machine and microwave too along with that.
