Pros

It is an organisation which is directed by vision , so much open and flexible to change and gives a lot of opportunities to experiment and align personal goal with organizational goals. It is an excellent place to work where you work with grassroots as well as deal with international audience. From global exposure to feeling of working with the artisans everything gives you a lot more to learn everyday than one could think of. They pay really well and gives you world class exposure and attracts best of the talent.

Cons

I guess nothing. I feel there is so much to learn here, all I need is to constantly contribute.

CMD is so cheap person. He make good fool of stakeholders by telling him fake stories and theories which he never practiced. And if he is doing so,He does so to make his image and money. He treats all his executive like hell. Firing employees is very common to him.

Cons

I have never seen such a fake person (cmd) in my life who can fake upto this extent.
