      Pros

      What makes this organization special is; the creation of local jobs with the support of strong supply-chain management for competitive global market. Also, they keep one of the oldest craft practice alive in 21st C. through this business model which is intense and hard to maintain on such scale. there are many pros when you're working here, which includes: 1. You work with a systematic vision which gets transformed for new challenges based on shared learning and experiences. 2. This organization gives you a humble background to work and encourage young professionals to work in multi-level environment. 3. Every individual associated with Jaipur Rugs gets ground level learning experience of working with rural communities in various parts of the country. 4. The values of founder and senior associates defines many objective towards achievement of the organizational vision and mission in a professionalized manner.

      Cons

      This is something which one should keep in mind that it's one of its kind organization. So, technically it is not a downside; though, it can be considered by someone. I don't consider. But, someone who is skilled in (m)any/ different ways can work here.

      The organisation has nothing special about it.

      Cons

      Well there are no pros about the organisation, it keeps showing that they are moving towards self-management but the reality is that this organisation is Micro-managed by NKC and he doesnt let anyone take charge of their, because as per him everyone else in the organisation is useless
