      Pros

      I am glad to be associated with Jaipur Rugs which offers a suitable time for the employees to connect with work & handle after work hours effectively. This also includes the value driven culture maintained over all levels & dept which keeps the positivity & aliveness in the organisation. A happy work desk gives me double the excitement to come the next day & my productivity keeps increasing each day. NKC by his constant interaction keeps the engagement alive as well.

      Diversity is widely followed at Jaipur Rugs & there is no identity-based differences among and between people which keeps the employees and customers both happy in the organisation. Practising this diversity by the Management enables unique thinking and improved decision making. Among the dept. collaborative approach has helped all the leaders in group dynamics and brainstorming to come up with strategic planning process & eases our work load. Overall Jaipur Rugs is a Great Place to Work specially for freshers who can be trained under the best in the market.
