      Pros

      The Pros are many. Great people to work with, Humble and ready to adapt. Good processes and checks and balances in place. Timely salary payment and approachable owners. The brand itself is quite big and growing steadily. First mover in various creative and developmental strategies. Ownership and freedom of work is given to the right candidates. The food is quite good and most importantly organic. Values of NKC are quite visible across the organization.

      Cons

      Although new to the system, i haven't come across an HR activity for team building or any festivity. May be its because of corona but virtual activities still can be figured out. Team building activities are quite important for keeping the attrition rate low and high energies for better output. Rest all is great as such

We will surely take your opinion into consideration but as rightly mentioned by you, we had to out employee engagement activities on hold due to covid situation which is getting out of hand across the nation.

      It's a good opening into the industry because you will learn a lot about how things work, and you will generate a large body of work, and get access to great scoops & projects.

      Cons

      Less personal growth and lack of control & understanding in few of the departments.
