Pros

Great leadership of the organization. Take employees as family members. Amazing culture. There are lots of activities and something happening all the time. Professional yet family approach. Great place for learning. For anyone who wants to learn, I haven't see a better company. Beautiful office. One of the best offices you can find in Jaipur town. Politics avoided at all costs. Management is highly against politics which is great! Growth company. Company is growing at a rapid pace and great to be a part of such a company

Cons

Some policies are strict but not too bad. for example, the company allows only a few times for employees to be late. also leaves have to be taken before unless there is an emergency Sometimes too much happening as too many foreign people are visiting

Pros

1. Supportive for new creative ideas 2. Conventional Hierarchy is absent. Conversations are encouraged. 3. Good place to understand the business established at socio-economical model. 4. Working with weavers is indeed an experience for life.

Cons

1. No work, job role clarity - Processes aren't followed for the work review instead loose feedbacks work most of the time. 2. Most of the times an employee is falling prey to the management's internal lack of trust. CMD has alignment issues with the director which he openly shares with employees directly working with him. Also talks about internal family issues openly. 3. No organisational culture 4. Projects running on ad-hoc basis, leading to the mental exhaustion of employees and landing them at a place doubting their own potential. 5. In the initial months of joining - CMD sees the employee in a great light but after a few days, weeks or a few months that employee becomes useless and asked to leave or made to leave with a lot of mental exhaustion - That's a PATTERN with new employees joining in especially in HR. Also, the connect CMD builds with the employees make him/her feel very grand or revered and in power (bcz of too much appreciation by The CMD) but that becomes a false reality especially for those who are new comers in the world of being an employee and might start to believe the things said which might not be true. 6. Employees working or those who left have immensely talked about how JR affected their mental health, peace and self-confidence and stands as a clear epitome of a toxic working environment. 7. LinkedIn gives a biased image of the organisation which is quite far from the reality. Maybe talk to the existing /ex employees or JOIN the organisation and experience for yourself!

Pros

Nothing I can think of

Cons

The management of this company is only involved in politics. They treat employees as their slaves, no work-life balance. They glorify themselves as empathetic leaders its all sham. Mr. Yogesh Chaudhary thinks himself as some prince. They don't like employees connecting on a personal basis. They directly ask to put down papers. Employees fear the management. POSH is not there.
