The job is stable and will ask staff before cutting back hours. Teamwork is also big and very respectful of everyone's culture, race, and orientation. Will take immediate action against hostile staff.

Cons

Management is quite entitled and does not communicate with staff well. Hard work is not recognized but exploited to keep function at the bottom.

Very poor compensation, often understaffed, very out of touch upper management, head office often changing things around within stores just for the sake of changing them, very penny pinching, often store management has to fight with upper management to get anything done
