Management should train a person first before promoting into a higher position. Safety in work isn't practice well, still working during breaks because no one will relieve. Employees doesn't given enough knowledge on their job description resulting to doing things they are not trained to do, over work or work slavery. Salary raise for good workers are not given enough attention. Not recognizing an employee's work time availability, giving them random shifts. Not enough employee to work in a shift. Doesn't give enough concern about smoke breaks, late employees or eating/break periods.

Overworked, underpaid, understaffed, required to "do whatever it takes" Aka -stay late/come early without being paid. Middle/upper management never on the same page so different directives all the time. Men are valued higher than women and they know it. If you do or say something they don't like you are "blacklisted" from any promotions. Store manager has no say about what goes on in their store. The micromanaging is out of control. So much more.
