Pros

Pretty relaxed environment and it is rarely ever busy so it’s not a stressful job. Lots of information but very easy to learn. Small staff discount. Usually nice coworkers. Customers are usually grateful when you can help them so it’s rewarding sometimes.

Cons

Pretty disorganized company overall. Managers must work 44 hours so extremely long days are involved with only one 30 minute break granted. Lots of customer issues (items constantly being unavailable, faulty/cheap products, etc.). Bonuses are nearly impossible. There is no transparency within the company so a lot of times nobody knows what’s going on. Managers are usually bullies!!

They don’t care

Pros

Jysk make out they are a good employee who care about their staff. They occasionally send donuts or cake and have a yearly big party or “Jysk awards”. But mostly you are left to your own devices with no training and hardly any staff.

Cons

Poor management Under staffed Company doesn’t care
