Pros

I loved the job the concept the product and the customer and the team within my store,

Cons

As a part timer you were not included in incentives if they were won the winnings would go between full timers. So much work to do not enough hours in the day. Started as a big team in a new store with a great manager but eventually head office wore the team down to be much smaller lost a great manager and killed staff morale.

Pros

Easy going, not too busy and overall easy to learn, with not much expectations

Cons

Corporate does not care for their workers, will have managers working overtime for adjustments that aren’t needed, expectations from them are unrealistic and loads of miscommunication from up top that creates a toxic workplace for full timers.
