Decent pay and benefits. Gained good work experience over the years. Good co-workers.

Cons

Expected to handle so much with minimal staff and resources. A lot of pressure from head office and sometimes unrealistic deadlines. Always being contacted when you’re off the clocks and aren’t getting paid and having to come in to cover on days off frequently.
