Pros

Very relaxed, mostly slow days so you find stuff to keep yourself busy. Some of the managers and staff are nice. Lots of downtime. Sometimes would spend most of my shift building furniture for upcoming seasonal products, which was fun. Had quarterly bonuses as well.

Cons

Had some managers/coworkers that were not very pleasant to work with.

Pros

The salary is enough to cover my monthly expences + to save a 20%-30% of the money, canteen meals also plays important role to not starve yourself. No psychological pressure, nor micromanagment at the workplace.

Cons

Requires driving to the workplace, lack of professional growth for many employees, and one can go nuts by staying the whole day in a warehouse, without taking monthly day-offs.

Worked at JYSK for 5 years. I have made some really great friends

Cons

You will be required to do the work of 2 people plus some manager responsibilities for minimum wage (even though you are not a manager). And the managers only make $2 more than minimum. Jysk sadly only cares about its profits. If you apply for a manager position be prepared to work a minimum of 45 hours a week plus overtime is expect of you. ( You will not be paid overtime as you are salaried )
