Pros

Good discount on products and holidays

Cons

Probably in my 40 years retail the worst company in the UK I've ever had the misfortune to work fir. Didn't put a foot wring made mistakes ofcoarse I did but from assistant to running a store with out a single hours training . Then you get all the flack don't get involved unless you know someone in the management team as this is the only way to get anywhere.

Pros

There are unfortunately none to speak of

Cons

Communication issues Unreasonable timelines to complete projects Customer service suffers with priorities lacking Outdated system for pricing and signage Weekly sales repeat often, with too many hours dictated to process the changes Warehouse being the heart of the organization lacks full support and help on any given day Long term employees come and go when they like No ramifications when employees are disrespectful and/or don't do what they are supposed to be doing Lack of clear, efficient training and poor direction at best No consistency when working with new team members Giving young staff members no direction, and they are often lost int he shuffle, especially if it's their first job Assistant managers only focus on their areas, and often don't assist the others when help is needed Upper management does not communicate properly and do not have basic manners. Very sexist pro male company - they do not respect women in the workplace and do not listen to what they have to say, unless they are abusive Training consists of managers telling you to stop speaking, and to hurry up and complete your tasks - not really focusing on allowing you to find out what method may work for you. Do not spend enough time with potentially great team members that just need support and encouragement. (Yelling and threatening employees is not encouraging)
