Typical modernist nonsense related to recruiting. Commercial is always about people being happy and bla bla bla. Mention of family, freedom, diversity, etc. These are platitudes that modern companies use to present themselves in a better light than they are. Selection processes are strange, unprofessional, people apply for jobs only to never get ANY answer, while allready employed feel the weight of being understaffed. This happens in many countries. Croatia, Slovenia and, judging by some reviews, also abroad. So it is not surprising that they do not get staff even when people are interested in working for them. An extremely unprofessional approach to recruting. This issue, however, is not only an obstacle for them. Many companies are in fact victims of middle management that does not know how to recruit, nor take recruitment process seriously.
