Jysk cares about their staff. Great bonus and benefits programs. great selection of product, you are always busy which I like. Growing company with great job security. Close nit company, a lot of communication between all the stores in a district, its great being able to talk to and bounce ideas off colleagues. Company is very driven to succeed.

Cons

Horrible shipping receiving process. most complications in my job come from outside factors beyond control at a store level, and at times leads to unrealistic expectations from head office. Hard to find support or get feedback in a timely manner from head office. Extremely long hours.

Great people and amazing growth opportunities. I come to work everyday expecting the unexpected. No two days are alike.

Cons

I am empowered to exceed customers expectations. It's not really a con but it can be challenging to deal with the good, bad and ugly in customer service.
