Mixed feelings

Pros

Product is easy to get behind - cost efficient, decent quality, good variety. Customer issues are fairly easy to handle - each store is given basic standards to handle situations, but ultimately they support you in a case by case basis. Basically do what you have to to make the customer happy. High energy from home office - goals were presented with optimism and inspiration, encouraging entreprenurialism.

Cons

Training is non existant, causing major issues in performance and efficiency. Not enough critical feedback and zero coaching. Not enough follow up to ensure change is happening, creating low morale among staff. Open door policy was present, but not enough was done to show employees they were heard. Benefits are terrible in comparison to comparable retail establishments.
