Pros

The environment was pretty good, coworkers were all nice and the management was very friendly and welcoming. Very warm to new employees and there is almost always someone willing to help.

Cons

The warehouse gets short-handed often and requires sales associates to come back often to help, however when sales associates are unavailable (especially on Sundays/evenings) it gets very backed up, stressful, and frustrating when you have to climb up the 20ft shelves to get a 75lb table, 5 chairs, and a king sized mattress.

Pros

Approachable management. International workforce. High growth for the company resulting in good demand for labor as well as future advancement. Complementary breakfast for all employees. Work education programs.

Cons

High tempo environment in a warehouse with little downtime. When working overtime, due to physical nature of the work, can be tiring on the body.
