      Pros

      Some coworkers are great to work with, others not so much. A good balance between independent and collaborative work/projects. Can often get busy but it's manageable.

      Cons

      Poor management - manager doesn't know how to schedule and discipline his employees. Short staffed even during busy seasons. Manager doesn't like to teach his employees anything so when a customer needs help with something we would often have to redirect them to the manager or someone who does know what to do. No benefits and the discount isn't that great.

      Pros

      If you put in the work and show dedication to your job and the company, you will quickly advance within the organization. They try to hire from within where possible. The strong performers are rewarded.

      Cons

      Many of the part time workers are minimum wage so you get the people that are there for a paycheck. The key is for store managers to try to find smart hard working students.

      Pros

      Amazing company, Have been with the company for 5 years and have been treated as family and truly feel as if I have made a difference. I have had many opportunities to influence and make change. The walls have been blurred, when it comes to job and title. Open door policy from store manager to CEO. JYSK is always adapting and changing with the times, as this is a company that is always looking to the future. Always taking care of its people, celebrating the success together.

      Cons

      There is not allot I can say for Cons, It's a company for people that want to make a difference.
