Bringing company values to life at the head office

Pros

Unlike other companies, JYSK actually puts their money where their mouth is when it comes to their values. Helping out colleagues, the right & duty to speak up and the company having a flat hierarchy being the most notable mentions.

Cons

Fixed wage structure (only just accounting for inflation) may be a surprise to - or deter - young employees who think they'll just "start off with a low salary" only to find out the salary increase will be quite slow (approx. 1-3% per year) unless they get another position.

Pros

You learn on the job and given the freedom to use your initiative. asides, this, I don't see much of the pros to be honest

Cons

Underpaid. You get to work so much and several additional work scope which are outside your work scope but still get paid under.
